Supreme Court sets aside NGT order upholding demolition of Goa beach shack Curlies; restores appeal for fresh orders

In September 2022, the NGT upheld an order of the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority calling for the demolition of Curlies for violation of CRZ norms.
