Supreme Court refuses to hear plea by PFI challenging its ban under UAPA; asks it to approach High Court

The Supreme Court on Monday refused to entertain a plea filed by Popular Front of India (PFI) challenging its designation as an 'unlawful organisation' under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
