Supreme Court refuses to entertain plea for re-evaluation of marks in Punjab Judicial Services Mains Exam

The Court questioned the maintainability of the petition under Article 32 of the Constitution when the petitioners already had the remedy to approach the Punjab & Haryana High Court under Article 226.
