Supreme Court reads down Delhi Fire Service Rules; waives objection to Defence Colony residence of Senior Advocate Vikas Singh

By it's order today, the Supreme Court has clarified that till a building breaches 17.5 meters with stents height in Delhi, it would not come under the category of "high-rise" and violate Delhi Fire Service Rules
