Supreme Court denies bail to IPS officer who used fake WhatsApp profile of former Patna High Court CJ

The Court denied anticipatory bail to IPS officer Aditya Kumar, who allegedly conceived a plan to dupe the Bihar DGP by creating a fake WhatsApp account having then Chief Justice Sanjay Karol's profile picture.
