Supermac's boss wins 'indirect discrimination' case for turning away Travellers over hotel's credit card policy

Supermac’s boss Pat McDonagh has said he feels vindicated after successfully winning an appeal against three members from the Traveller community who were awarded €16,000 on foot of claims they were discriminated against under the Equal Status Act.
