Superintendent Hassan Khan
Superintendent Hassan Khan has taken up his new role as Operations Manager at Preston Police divisional headquarters.
Supt Khan grew up in East Lancashire. He joined the force in 2004 and was initially positioned in the Ribble Valley for four years as a police constable, before being promoted to Sergeant in 2008 and then Inspector in 2013.
He then spent the next few years working in response and neighbourhood policing across East Lancashire as well as on corporate projects for Lancashire Constabulary.
He became an accredited Silver Public Order Officer and took up a Force Incident Commander role at Headquarters in Hutton in 2018. He is also an accredited Firearms Commander.
