AUBURN — The president of Super Happy Fun America, the group that organized last month's controversial “Refounding Fathers Festival” event in Auburn, claims his speech at the event was removed by YouTube.
John Hugo, president of Super Happy Fun America, said a video of his speech at the Auburn event and the speech of SHFA's vice president, Mark Sahady, was removed on YouTube on grounds that the speeches promoted hate speech.
"I shared it with a lot of people, naturally, and they were all complaining they couldn't watch the video. So I went and checked and if you click on it it says, 'This had been removed for hate speech,' " Hugo said.
