A number of road closures are affecting traffic flow in and around Tauranga’s CBD.
Cameron Road, from Harington Street to Elizabeth Street, is down to one lane as council contractors work to replace 3km of sewer pipes.
Tauranga City Council expects the works to take up to three months to complete. Read more here.
In addition to the Cameron Road works, the west bound lane of Elizabeth Street is closed.
A Tauranga City Council spokesperson says the road is closed for west bound traffic between Devonport Road and Grey Street roundabout. The closure is expected to be in place until about March 2022.
