Sunderland SB discusses deteriorating Union Church

The historic Sunderland Union Church is deteriorating. Church trustees have asked that the town essentially take over responsibility for the church, starting with funding to repair the holes in the roof, paint the structure and replace broken windows to prevent further deterioration
