Sudbury chocolatier closing storefront for a time due to outside drug use as BIA, city work on the issue

A downtown business owner in Sudbury, Ont., says she is closing her storefront for a short time because of open drug use outside her front door. Next month, the city is hosting a summit to help address the issue of toxic drug use.
