CHESHIRE — The property that was once home to the McKinley Tree Farm may have new tenants.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recently reviewed a proposal for a new subdivision that would be located at the former tree farm on Marion Road. The new subdivision would have 13 lots plus one single family home already on the property.
“The site (currently) is mostly open fields because it used to be a tree farm,” Attorney Anthony Fazzone, who represents the applicant, PABCO Inc., said during the Jan. 25 PZC meeting. “The site is surrounded by residential properties, and there is 283 feet of frontage on Marion Road...”
