Stubbs confirmation as county agency director in doubt as committee gives unanimous 'no'

MADISON, Wis. -- State Rep. Shelia Stubbs' appointment to lead Dane County Human Services was cast into further doubt Thursday night after a committee voiced its opposition to the move.
