A fourth-grade teacher at Stuarts Draft Elementary School is this year’s Augusta County Teacher of the Year.
Augusta County Public School officials announced yesterday afternoon that Erica Cason is the school division’s Teacher of the Year.
According to a press release, Cason is recognized as an innovator, a trailblazer, and a problem solver.
She also has worked diligently in the use of CANVAS and Virtual Virginia to help students and families be successful with at-home learning.
