Stuart mayor hosts prayer vigil as jurors deliberate case into George Floyd’s death

City of Stuart Mayor Eula Clark is hosting a prayer vigil downtown at Gazebo Park while jurors deliberate the trial surrounding the death of George Floyd.
The vigil is set to begin at 5:30 p.m.
Clark said it’s to support peace, justice, and racial equality.
Law enforcement officers from the Martin County Sheriff’s Office and Stuart Police will be present to provide security.
