Street in Jamaica renamed in honour of Indian social reformer

A part of Tower Street in downtown Kingston was on Monday, May 16, officially renamed in honour of Dr Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar.

Dr Ambedkar was a jurist, social reformer, and politician. He is also known as the Father of the Indian Constitution.
