Strasburg's Christmas in the Village includes parade, Santa, 5K run

The 5K starts at 10 a.m., and the parade begins at 4:15 p.m. Dec. 10. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the fire station from 5 to 7 p.m. that day.
