Andy Kennedy has been back at UAB for almost a year now, but the basketball coach still looks around UAB’s campus and marvels at the transformation of the place since he was a player.
At the same time, the UAB alum finds himself wondering, probably at least once a day, what the inside of the new student union might be like. In 10 months, he hasn’t stepped foot in the place.
