Storm starting to move out after first decent snowfall in 2022

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - It wasn't a major storm, but winds and snow did pass over the Lake Tahoe Basin, dropping over a foot of new snow at local ski resorts. Another 2-5" of snow at lake level is possible by the time the weather system exits tonight. Road controls remain on most Sierra highways, and there are some closures.
