The Melbourne Storm are set to remain on the Sunshine Coast due to the latest Covid-19 outbreak in Victoria.
Following consultation with the NRL, the team has decided to extend its camp at the Twin Waters Resort and facilities at the Sunshine Coast Stadium.
The Storm arrived on the Coast on May 14 and were due to fly out from Brisbane on May 26 after their round 12 clash against the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium.
A statement from the club said the Storm would continue to liaise with governments, their health authorities and the NRL before making any decision on a return date to Victoria.
