Store owner opens fire on suspected shoplifters, accidentally striking 9-year-old girl, police say

Marqel Cockrell, the co-owner of Sole Addicts, opened fire on suspected shoplifters that he chased out of his store, accidentally striking a 9-year-old girl, investigators say.
