The National Communication Officer of the main opposition NDC, Sammy Gyamfi that the NDC’s petition case brought before the Supreme court is mainly about fictitious figures declared by the Returning Officer of the 2020 Presidential Election.
This he noted is in violation of the 1992 Constitution and not mere typographical errors committed by the EC’s Chairperson, Jean Mensa.
This was contained in a 12-point response after the NPP’s reaction to their petition.
