Pick any pizza place worth its salt, and I promise that there's not a "classic" wheel and handle pizza cutter in the place unless it's mounted to the wall as a joke. The only reason this garbage utensil is in most of our kitchens is because they are super cheap to manufacture. So we all spend out $10 on them and suffer through the lack of control and inability to properly cut anything because the handle design prevents us from putting force where it's needed... directly downward on the rotating blade.
