Stop & Shop manager testifies Gabriel Wilson smiled, had a 'dead look' after he shot colleague in office

West Hempstead supermarket manager Ana Meehan testified that after Wilson fatally shot a colleague and a bullet barely missed her, she begged him not to shoot her.
