THEN A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS LATE DAY INTO EARLY EVENING. THE WIND IS PICKING UP. AT THE AIRPORT, DEGREES, AND THE WINDS FROM THE EAST AT NINE. THE FLOW WILL HELP TO DRIVE TEMPERATURES UP. ALSO SWITCHING TO A SOUTHEASTERLY FLOAT LATER. BOGALUSA AT 39, 46 IN HOUMA, 49 IN BELLE CHASSE. NOTICE SOME SHOWERS JUST TO THE SOUTH, A WARM FRONT LIFTING TO THE NORTH THAT WILL HELP TO WARM US UP. THIS WARM FRONT IS STARTING TO STRETCH ACROSS THE REGION. WE HAVE A FRONTAL BOUNDARY THAT WILL BE A SLOW MOVER LATER THIS WEEK AND IT WILL NOT ARRIVE UNTIL THURSDAY. WE WILL HAVE A CHANCE FOR RAIN THROUGHOUT THE WEEK STARTING LATER ON TODAY. AROUND 4:00, SPOTTY SHOWERS AND WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHTTIME. TUESDAY MORNING WE WILL BE DRIER. SOME SUNSHINE AT TIMES. TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY, MORE SCATTERED SHOWERS, AND THESE WILL HANG AROUND THROUGH THE MORNING.
