Steve Perkins' brother, widow honored at MLK Unity Breakfast

The widow and brother of Steve Perkins were each awarded the Humanitarian Award on Monday at the 31st annual Unity Breakfast sponsored by the Decatur–Morgan County Minority Development Association.
