Stepfather of Arkansas man brutally beaten by three cops during arrest says he hopes they 'burn'

Randal Worcester, 27, is set to sue the three officers who were caught on camera battering him in Mulberry, Arkansas, on August 21. His stepfather, Eric Wedding, said the cops should 'burn'.
