STEM Academy to get 8 modular classrooms in 2024

LOWELL — Liam Skinner attended his first meeting as the newly appointed interim superintendent of schools during a special session of the School Committee Wednesday night during which the body approved eight modular classrooms for the overcrowded STEM Academy.
