A National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) recent regional complaint has sided with unions regarding Station Casinos’ actions toward its workers during the coronavirus pandemic. But parent company Red Rock Resorts rejected the NLRB allegations.

The NLRB regional complaint claims Station Casinos and affiliated hotels “engaged in a scheme to use employee layoffs during the … pandemic to undermine unions representing or seeking to represent their employees,” the NLRB said in a statement.
