Montana has become a pro-life state, and Arkansas has taken another step toward protecting the safety of women who have abortions.
Jerry Cox of the Family Council tells One News Now large abortion facilities are already regulated and inspected, but Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchison (R) has signed into law SB 388, now Act 949, which regulates all abortion facilities in the state.
"The way our law has been written, an individual out here, a doctor, could do over 100 abortions every year and not be licensed, not have the clinic inspected as an abortion facility, and they could sort of be under the radar," Cox laments.
