State's top freshman QB Jysen Shepherd transfers to JH Rose

HighSchoolOT has learned that Riverside (Martin County) freshman standout Jysen Shepherd has transferred to J.H. Rose High School in Greenville. Shepherd led all freshman quarterbacks across North Carolina in every statistical category last fall.
