State representatives warn Public Utility Commission of increasing Xcel rates

Members of the Texas House Investigative Committee on the Panhandle Wildfires filed a letter warning the Public Utility Commission of Texas not to let Southwestern Public Service or Xcel Energy pass recovery costs on to customers.
