State report slams Pawtucketville School mold, air quality issues

LOWELL — Add a school’s HVAC systems to the list of the city’s victims from last April’s cyberattack. An indoor air quality assessment of Pawtucketville Memorial Elementary School conducted in November identified many factors contributing to the persistent mold growth at the school, including the ransomware hack that disabled computerized HVAC systems.
