State police seeking help locating missing Monroe teen
MONROE TOWNSHIP -- The Michigan State Police is investigating a missing person's incident involving a Monroe teenager.
Schyler Rayne Baker, 17, was last seen on June 28 by family members at his residence and last communicated with his family on June 29 via text. Around noon the next day, troopers were informed of the situation.
Schyler has long, black hair, brown eyes, is about 6 feet tall and weighs 135 pounds. Since June 30, the State Police of the Monroe Post has recovered Schyler’s vehicle and cellphone.
Troopers are seeking any information that will lead to the location of Schyler so they can check his well-being. At this time, investigators said they do not fear a criminal act has occurred.
