State grants will help at-risk Pottstowners stay in, fix up homes

“These state tax credits will help continue the important work of Genesis Housing Corp. in fighting blight and maintaining affordable housing in Pottstown,” state Rep. Joe Ciresi, D-146th Dist., said in a press release announcing the funding award.
