The state dismissed a Class B felony intent to deliver heroin and a Class B felony conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school charge on Friday against Ariel Marie Litwin, 28. She pleaded guilty to Class C felony possession of methamphetamine and Class C felony fleeing from a police officer in a motor vehicle. No sentence is listed on the North Dakota Courts site for these offenses.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of her co-defendant, Todd Denard Wilkes Jr., 24, of Eastpointe, Mich., who is charged with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver heroin and Class B felony conspiracy to deliver heroin.
