State board rules against National Grid on Old Mill Lane LNG facility

PORTSMOUTH – National Grid will be required to file an application for the siting of a major energy facility if it wants to keep its Liquefied Natural Gas vaporization facility on Old Mill Lane, according a decision by the state Energy Facility Siting Board on Friday.
