While mining generates much-needed resources to power the global economy, the industry is looking for ways to reduce its environmental footprint. To address mining challenges such as soil and water pollution and water use, inventors at the University of Arizona have Technical University have joined forces with an experienced mining entrepreneur to launch the startup Auxilium Technology Group.
