Start Process Of Restructuring Nigeria Back To Regionalism, Release Nnamdi Kanu, Says Southern, Middle Belt Leaders' Forum To Tinubu

The Southern and Middle Belt Leaders' Forum (SMBLF) has asked President Bola Tinubu’s administration to commence work towards the restructuring of the country and enthrone ‘true federalism’ as was originally entrenched in the 1960 and 1963 constitutions. The leaders also called for the immediate release of Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), insisting that the government and security agencies must obey court orders in the country.
