Stardust inquiry: Former manager of Stardust denies 24 victims died because three specific exit doors were chained

Former Stardust nightclub manager Eamon Butterly has denied that half of the 48 victims of the 1981 blaze died because three exits were locked when the fire broke out, preventing their escape.
