The University announced that students who participated in the encampment and a May 20 attempt to take over an engineering building would face suspension. Stanford will allow the pro-Palestine encampment in White Plaza to remain. Provost Jenny Martinez also announced a 5% increase in undergraduate tuition and 7% increase in room and board.
