STAMFORD — COVID vaccines for teachers are on the horizon and a few surrounding school districts are allowing some students to return to their classrooms full time, but Stamford schools are still in a holding pattern when it comes to a full reopening plan.
That has left some parents frustrated, a few of whom spoke out at a Board of Education meeting on Tuesday night.
“What is the next step to make these doors open five days a week?” asked Amy Nelson, the mother of two students at Strawberry Hill School. “We need to set that date.”
