You may have heard of the Adirondack 46ers, the Saranac Laker 6ers, or the Tupper Lake Triad. Well now, St. Lawrence County is launching a hiking challenge of its own. Brooke Rouse, director of tourism for the Chamber of Commerce, says the challenge is called the Great Eight.
 "We decided to design the Great Eight and have multiple themes around that and launch the three at the same time so that it would really get people out across the county and on different trails. "
