St Kilda beach stabbing: 15-year-old boy charged with Hashim Mohamed's murder

A 15-year-old Melbourne boy has been charged with the murder of Hashim Mohamed, 18, after he was stabbed on the St Kilda beachfront. The boy will return to a children's court at a later date.
