St. Gabriel police chief indicted, accused of scheming with Roberto's owner to embezzle money

A grand jury indicted St. Gabriel Police Chief Kevin Ambeau on Friday after he was accused of scheming with the owner of Roberto's River Road Restaurant to embezzle taxpayer money.
