St. Gabriel police chief charged with malfeasance, obstruction and theft

A grand jury indicted St. Gabriel Police Chief Kevin Ambeau on Friday after he was accused of scheming with the owner of Roberto's River Road Restaurant to embezzle taxpayer money.
