St. Cloud shooting suspect apprehended Friday after standoff in western Minnesota

U.S. Marshals Service officers and local law enforcement on Friday night in Dawson, Minnesota, arrested a suspect in a quadruple shooting in St. Cloud. Two other men charged in the same incident had been apprehended earlier.
