Spokane County prosecutor to decide on charges for deputy who shot, killed suspect in Greenacres

SPOKANE, Wash. - The fate of a Spokane County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) deputy who shot and killed someone last November is now in the hands of the Spokane Prosecutor's Office.
