About 45 million higher education grads in the U.S. owe $1.7 trillion in student loans, sinking that population in an ocean of debt that ranks higher than liability on cars or credit cards.
Steven Muszynski, founder and CEO of student refinance company Splash Financial, has friends who graduated from medical school $250,000 in the bucket. Cleveland-based Splash is dedicated to relieving some of that pain via a refi marketplace boasting its own lender network of banks and credit unions.
