Special needs duo win 1st prize at fest

KENINGAU: A pair of special needs learners from Keningau Vocational College, Nurosimah Jumat and Brenda Ashley, won 1st prize in an online art festival “Under the Skies of Australia” in the illustrated storytelling category on March 20.
